The program consists of inspiring seminars led by Leonard Orr and his assistants, with daily spiritual purification practices with the elements. This will include training in receiving and giving individual rebirthing breathwork sessions, warm water rebirthing breathwork sessions (prerequisite of 10 dry rebirthing sessions for warm water rebirthing).

Accommodation & Venue Information:
The Training venue is the beautiful Duncton Mill which is a hamlet in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the South Downs. On-site accommodation comprises of mostly twin rooms in either cottages or the farmhouse. Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Off-site twin room accommodation is available when on-site accommodation is fully booked. Each cottage and the farmhouse are fully equipped and have their own sitting rooms, kitchens and plenty of bathrooms. There is also a heated swimming pool. Meals will consist of delicious vegetarian food. Duncton Mill is within easy reach of London and Gatwick & Heathrow airports.
