Breathing is fundamental to our health and has been used for centuries as a healing and meditative practice. It is something that we all do, all of the time, without thinking about it, yet in our culture very little is known about it's amazing healing potential. This potential is now being validated by the latest developments in the Biological sciences and Doctors, therapists, and somatic healers are beginning to integrate this knowledge into their practice.

If you or your clients feel that conventional medicine has not been able to positively impact a problem, if when you go for treatments the symptoms are only abated for a while, or if you have any stress symptoms related to physical ill heath, anxiety, experience breathlessness, or a related emotional condition, there maybe something in how you breathe that is preventing you from healing at a deeper level.

Lovesbody breathwork training classes are designed specifically for complementary practitioners and counsellors who would like to bring an extra dimension to their work. These courses will not only enhance your practice, but deepen your awareness and teach you how to connect more deeply to your own self-awareness, increasing your ability to remain centered and clear during your treatments.
